King Jack...
Should we remorse or rejoice?
By: Kristina Riddle, Advice columnist
There is a lot of things on the table these days. Relationships, deaths, abilities, struggles, and countless other things it is hard to figure out what is really going on in your own life never mind anyone else’s. I was infected with something, something that made me act on and use my magic in ways I never wanted to. I used it for revenge with out a second thought, and being infected with a demon’s idea of a fun game is not an excuse. However I have come to terms with my woes, and this article is for you the readers.[/blockquote]
And thus the readers have spoken, Many of you have asked about King Jack, and how to feel about it. Now, I have made my position clear, and even though it was dangerous and most believe that it was only because of my blood relation that my distain for the man did not go unpunished. However I don’t care who you are, you have no right to my feelings or thoughts. Thus how should you feel about his death? That is up to you. I can’t make the decision for you, nor can I tell you it will be better or worse now that he has passed.
What I can tell you is that King Jack was resourceful, smart and always changing. I may not have liked the man, but I recognized his abilities, and did everything in my power to silently smite them. However before you go throwing a party remember who and what he was. Odds are this is not the end of Jack Pitch Riddle, I do not mean in the butterfly effect prospective either. I highly doubt that this is the end, and with all the plans he had not even put into place, I am confident that we still live in his shadow.
So my advice?
Keep things simple, don’t change your life because of his death. Change is coming our way, and we have to accept it the best we can, or rebel. However there is no sense in creating a rebellion for something we know nothing about, nor have any certainty will occur. So, if you are scared of his return, that he is a true immortal that will avenge his death don’t hide in the corner, odds are he is not after you. If anything, I would say he has a bone to pick with me…
