Ministry of magic, magical lock on time travel will go in effect on Tuesday, August 25th of the year 2009. Minister Adam Cavan’s first act as standing minister will be performing a very difficult but much needed change in the regulation of time and the travel of according to the Miinstry of magic.

Time Travel Restrictions

• White the act of time travel cannot be removed as it is an intangible item, and thus unable to rip or tear this act will replace time travel with time viewing. Should an individual try any way of traveling in time, past or future, they will be a non-participant in the time until such has met with their present. A ghost like figure watching a moving living image.
  
  
• If someone travels to our time, from the past or present there arrival will be marked. Any time traveler not of our time will have a symbol imprinted on heir hand, for any to see. A special department of the ministry has been assigned to observe the population as well as the arrivals of anyone new. The Ministry is not releasing the symbol markings at this time. Anyone with such symbol will be send back to his or her time, after brief interrogation with Ministry officals.

Minister Cavan has created the first, worldwide proclamation on time travel. Having discussed the topic in great detail with other foreign leaders all have come to the same consensus. Time travel should be stopped, for the safely of the people.

The Minister’s Proclamation reads as follows.

Good day fellow witches and Wizards, I Minister Adam Cavan promise to make this world a safer place to the best of my abilities as your Minister of Magic. In this day, and time we have our own battles, trials and tribulations that must be addressed. Time travel has been a hard topic for most to understand, and even more to grasp the momentum a single act can take. That is why all time turners where destroyed years ago, and the doors of time sealed.

However with each new year we are faced with new magic, and stronger forces that plague our way of life. A dangerous newcomer, from another time, parallel to ours has come to threaten us. I have already passed the imprinting into office, where, this individual will bare a mark on his left hand. EHT marking will be announced later this week. But I do insist that this marking is not to be taken lightly, for time travelers will be taken into Ministry custody.

I has taken a great deal of magic to accomplish such a large task, but with the help of many Ministry and non ministry personnel we have succeeded. One step in creating a new safer world.

The goal is to insure a solid future, and thus one that is also unknown. The ministry also has pressed that any individual who is a documented seer may have some side effects with the time travel lock. If you feel or have any concerns St. Mungo’s hospital has a wing hat will be prepared for such symptoms of, sever headache, more visions then usual, Visions altered or different form then previously viewed, or shortness of breath.
