Hayley was an assistant but some-days she wasn't very good at her job because people only thought she worked at the ministry of magic, which she did as a cover. They didn't ask where she aligned herself, good or bad, because everyone that works at the ministry is supposed to be good, or well have good intentions. Hayley didn't have good intentions then again she never had good intentions, or even the best intentions in mind when she did some of the things she did.
Hayley wanted to get out of the wizarding world, she just up and left work on a mid-afternoon. She knew the muggles would be out so if she were in what she wore around the wizarding world they might look at her a little odd, but she didn't care. She wanted out of her stress and so she went to where everyone else stressed out, she might even pull some harmless magic, but she hadn't made up her mind yet. She made her way through the crowed ministry and to the visitors entrance. She snapped her fingers and she was out of the ministry and in the muggle world. She had regular money, and her wizarding money too. She figured she would head for a small Cafe that was right down the street, and she didn't know if anyone would think to go looking for her, but today was a nice day she didn't really care.
Hayley walked normally to the Cafe and sat in a booth. She didn't really want to dress like she always did so she had on a black halter dress that had ruffled edge along the bottom, light green stalking, and black heels, with red and black stripped arm warmers, with a top hat that was black with green band going around it also. She almost looked like something from a kids movie, but she wanted to dress this way to stand out. No one could tell her she was boring, in her clothing style.
Hayley picked a booth and slide into it, and ordered a glass of soda, along with a cheese burger with pickle, ketchup and mustard, with lettuce and tomatoes. She was hungry, and a side of french fries, because thats what she was in the mood for.

(it is a little weird, but I hope it gives you something to work with) There where times that being the Queen had it’s advantages. Never once had she thought about traveling, but she did so now. She had the ability to conceal her wings, and in a way blend in better with regular folk. She did not call them muggles, no, just regular folk.
She learned so much at Hogwarts that really prepared her, however to be a great leader you can’t stay in your own home, you have to venture out, and learn from others, and see what is in the world, and what needs protection.
It was strange to be in the Muggle district, alone. However as the queen of the faeries, the muggles would not worry about her, they did not even know her. In a way, it was the safest place to be. Dressed in a long flowing violet skirt, and a airy long sleeved top, she blended in with any young adult in the area. She looked like any shy girl venturing a little far from home, but this was not the first time, nor would it be her last time.
To a dinner she liked to see how people conversed, Amelia had always been someone to stand in the corner, and in a way just watch. Interacting was just too much pressure. However she had to meet with other leaders of other creatures so often, it was nice to be invisible.
The first time she tried to order food, they had noting familiar to her. Today she smiled, “Side garden salad please. And I will have a side of the feta cheese too please.” She was soft spoken, sweet and even though she blended in, she stood out from a crowd. “My I have the apple juice too.” She liked fresh things, like in the forest where they often made and grew a lot of their own items. However the school prepared her for the different styles of food. She smiled and took out paper, that in her hand out of sight turned into the currency they used.
Being queen had its advantages…
She selected a booth behind the girl with the black and red arm warmers once she got her food. She looked out a window and sighed, strange customs people had…

Hayley noticed everyone who walked into the dinner, nothing out of the ordinary, just the same old boring muggles, mindlessly eating lunch, but what they didn't know was that a strong wind from no where would come out and blow everything over. Hayley watched them eat, and talk. She was observing them, and laughing at the certain things that they did in their daily routine. Hayley was just about to create the burst of air, but her food had shown up.
Hayley thanked the waitress. The waitress was nice so Hayley would leave a tip for her, she wasn't that mean to muggles. She almost thought about leaving some wizard money for the girl, but decided not to, figuring it might freak the girl out. Hayley took a bite of her french fries and sighed. They never put enough salt on her fries. She didn't have any salt at her table, maybe the one behind her did. Hayley got up for a moment and looked at the table in front of her nothing.
Hayley turned to the table behind her and seen a girl who looked to be normal, but could possibly be anyone from the muggle or wizarding world. "Hey, can i have the salt shaker" she said rather impolitely. It was very rare for Hayley to be polite, except towards a few people, and those people could have her killed or sent to Azkaban prison. One she did not know this girl so why be polite to her, and two as far as Hayley thought she could do her no harm. At least Hayley wasn't just going to take the salt shaker from the girls table, she could, or she could easily use her element to do so, but she thought it would be at least nice to ask and not just take.
While she waited for the girl to give her the salt she thought it would be nice for the wind to pick up and the door to open by itself, when there was no breeze at all. She smiled and whistled for a seconds, and the air seemed to pick up right outside the dinner and the door opened and slammed against the stopper, and then slammed shut a few moments later. She didn't think anyone heard her whistle, because she was by herself other than the girl, and if the girl heard her, she might not think twice. The napkins were all over the store, and papers were too, and a chair had even fallen over with the gust of wind that had pushed through the dinner.

Amelia was watching and learning about people, she needed to. As much as many liked to think, they all shared a common world. Even if muggles had never set foot in theirs. It sometimes seemed unfair, that they could walk amongst them, but they could not do the same. Sad, really as she thought about it. So many things they wondered about, and so many answers the magical world held. At the same time, muggles had many different things too. Magic seemed to develop but it kept people from seeking more in life, like these people. They had dreams of changing the world, making new things, not just conjuring something, but really using their mind and hands to make something.
It fascinated her, they where indeed very intelligent.
Her thoughts where interrupted when the girl, somewhat impolitely, asked for the salt. It was again just another difference from being queen to being a person. “Oh, sure, that is not a problem.” She said handing it to her without any sort of funny looks, or snide comments. Amelia was a bit of a sweetheart.
It was interesting as the wind picked up, she could tell that someone had to be using magic, it was an unnatural occurrence. As she handed the salt to the girl she soon became aware that she was not just another muggle about her business. “You do realize it is against ministry regulation to display magic in the presence of those whom do not have preconceived knowledge of such.” She added before stepping from her seat to assist the workers with cleaning up the strewn about paper products. Someone mentioned the crazy weather, and Amelia nodded in agreement.
One girl told her it was okay, and to enjoy her meal, and Amelia smiled and returned to her seat to finish her meal, however sat on the other side so she could keep an eye on this witch. She was a leader, and even if it was not a group of Faeries she was protecting, a position of power meant that one should always be ready to help.

Hayley took the salt when it was handed to her, she didn't even bother telling the girl thank you. She didn't care, she was still smiling at her trick that she just pulled. She placed her salt on her fries and took a bite of another one. She was now pleased with her food. She smiled as she watched the girl she just got salt off of jump up and help the muggles, try to put the dinner back in order.
Hayley pushed her hair behind her ear, and picked up her Cheese burger, and took a big bite of it, and had the condiments running down her face. She placed her burger down and whipped off her face with a napkin, then turned to the girl who had mentioned the ministry. The girl smiled a little and replied "Well i am part of the ministry, and i didn't do that" she said the first part in a hushed tone, she didn't really care about the last one. "How am i to create that, unless i had some magical ability to do that." She said to the girl.
Hayley was smirking on the inside, and was thinking about doing it again, just to make the other girl mad. She didn't know who the person thought she was but really, Hayley was the one with the upper hand, because of who she knew, and what she could do with her position in the Ministry. Hayley didn't plan on talking to the girl for every long, she wanted to finish her meal and make some big commotion, and leave, and send the ministry on another big hunt. Hayley knew that she couldn't do anything while this girl, who had seen her there, was around. She had to make it seem that she went back to the ministry, so that she wouldn't be placed being here. So she wouldn't be tied to what ever was going to happen.

Coy, really. Like many witches and wizards they where, how should it be said? Arrogant. Amelia had learned a lot even if she was only formally trained to be queen for a year. Perhaps that was a good thing, that way she was able to do what she really wanted, not what others had planned. And who could be angry when given that sort of opportunity?
“Ahh, but I am of the forest, and those of nature are quite easy to detect.” She did not tell her who she was, what was the point. Even as a princess she never said she was, they always found out after. “I would presume that someone who is associated with the ministry would be far more cautious with their gifts.” She added as if it was a casual conversation.
She did not look like a person of the forest, but then again magic had its ways of protecting itself. She studied the girl briefly, taking in her features, yes she would conceder looking into things should she continue this… display. However Amelia also knew that it was just impractical not to have a little prank here or there, it was not unusual to see wizards watch to see what muggles will do in situations. After all they where under the impression that magic did not exist.

Hayley could not believe this girl, probably just out of Hogwarts not knowing much about some of the witches and wizards who were far worse then she was. "Yes, one would be cautious but you see i happen to be on important ministry business, one of top priority." She said and conjured up a top secret paper in her bag, one of the many things she was able to do with the help of the new evil, as everyone else said. She reached into her bag and pulled out the paper. "As you can see, little girl, very important."
She didn't give the girl the time to read the paper, because it didn't matter it had Adams signature on it, which meant official ministry business. "And what i did was try to draw out certain magic," she said looking at her. "We received intelligence that someone we are after would be here." she said. She knew that it was one big lie, but she was very good at lying, and was certain that this girl wouldn't know the difference.
This girl talked like royalty, a princess or queen, so what was she. Someone of the forest is what she had said. It got Hayley's mind going, who was this girl. Hayley was thinking of all the queens and princesses there were in the forest. Each creature had a set of ranks, the only one that she knew of that still had royalty was Faeries, because demons had went to being a demon democracy, the vampires certain covens had royalty, but they rarely decided to come out to the muggle world unless they needed to, but to get a bite to eat no. This girl had to be Faerie, but she couldn't be sure so she didn't say anything.

It was funny how important people felt they wherein the scale of things. Being a queen was not being that important, royal lines where a strange thing, but Amelia also knew very well how things should work. The fact being that she did not trust this individual, but then again Ministry folk sometimes had that type of personality, she had learned. As a queen for her people she had to do business with the Ministry as well as other creatures in the forest.
Her tone and her little girl comment really did not make her feel all that happy to be discussing anything with the woman. Amelia was still young, but she was an adult and had quite a bit of responsibilities on her hands, thus it was only right that she do her part when she could. “Ah, so now you do not deny the craft. It is funny how one’s story continues to change as time develops means of diminishing the falsities.” She was like a poet at times, more because of reading all the laws that had to do with her family then anything else. However she also liked it to.
Intelligence… funny how one minute it was top secret then the next she was letting her in on such privy information. Amelia knew how systems should work, and she was not working with it, she was working it. “Yes, because the matter of the café would be a great target.” She added slightly getting annoyed with the girl that treated her like she was an idiot. It did not matter who she was, at least have some sort of decent care in ways. “As I clearly am the only one remotely observant enough, your intelligence seems to be faulty.” She added with a smirk, and decided to finish her salad. She did not even look up at the girl anymore, she had a mental picture and if desired she could review her qualifications, if she had any that was.

Hayley listened to what she said, but didn't answer, it wasn't worth it, the girl would find out that it didn't matter what anyone said, it was all about how they acted, and at the very moment, Hayley's mind was reeling with information, and things she could do. Of course Hayley's abilities were tied with her emotions, considering she wasn't ever that much emotional she could tap into them on command, years of hard work and practice, gave her that.
"Have a nice day" Hayley said no more to the girl after that. In fact, she finished her burger, and left some money on the table and didn't bother saying good bye to anyone. Hayley pushed her way out onto the crowded street, and she headed down to a local pub, none of a magical kind, where hopefully no one would recognize her. She would change in their bathroom, and make her scene, which would be huge, buildings might even blow over, she might just even make the specific attack on the little dinner.
Hayley entered the pub and smiled at the gentleman behind the counter, but didn't say a word to anyone, as she rounded the corner to the bathrooms, and entered into the female bathroom. No one was in there she made sure and locked the bathroom door, and snapped her fingers, and she was in a pair of jeans with holes in the knees, and a red skull top on, she had red heels. She snapped her fingers again and a little gym bag appeared, and which had her clothes in it from earlier, just so that people didn't think it was weird.
She walked out of the bathroom, and smiled at the men, and asked for a glass of water, and drank it down and payed for it, and walked out of the pub. She looked different, then she did in the dinner, her hair had been down now it was up, in a pony tail, and she was in a different outfit. She headed off towards a back alley, where she knew that very little people would go. She didn't know if she was being followed by the girl from the dinner. She smiled and as soon as she was walked into the alley she placed a charm on herself so she would become invisible to anyone.
She got mad and angry, and the wind whipped around everyone, it wasn't a normal kind of wind, so anyone from the wizarding world would know that it came from somewhere. There was the tiniest bit of mist in there, but the muggles would think it was from the river. The wind whipped through the cars, and the people, and it was almost like a tornado would touch down there any moment, and like the hurricane would blow the London off the map. It lasted for about 20 minutes, but it looked like it had lasted a lot longer, it was like someone had just torn everything and upside down and everything was out of place.
